BP Spends $93 Million on Oil Spill Advertising

A congressional committee reports this morning that BP spent $93.4 million on advertising from April to the end of July 2010. Very interesting.  It seems that maybe the only folks benefiting from the oil spill are the newspapers.  All those full page ads are expensive and of questionable value, in my humble opinion.

Even they are losing in a long run. By the way, pelicans need our help because of oil spill. Moreover, they are dying at the west coast too.
There is only one way to save pelicans – to put them back on the endangered species list. Rescue centers need financial support from the state and Federal authorities. Our pelicans depend on it. There’s a petition on Change.org titled “Save U.S. pelicans”, and I’d love your support. You can sign the petition in less than 30 seconds by clicking the link below:
Thanks so much for the help!
